Fairly clean place with polite staff and pleasant view on the Jounieh bay.

I thoroughly enjoyed the soundproof rooms with jacuzzi. The breakfast was good and excellent with sauce, and all the food was great.

the hotel provides a good breakfast. staff is really friendly and extraordinarily friendly and you can park your car onsite.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Jounieh for our Annual Convention, and it was an excellent experience. The service provided by the hotel staff was impeccable, and they went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The food was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the meeting facilities were well-organized. We even had an amazing gala evening where the food and beverage manager personally prepared the dessert buffet to perfection. The hotel is also conveniently located in the center of Jounieh, with nice surroundings. I highly recommend this hotel for meetings and big events. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

the smell of cigarettes in all room (305+302), the sanitary needed maintenance, and in the breakfast area u should keep eye more on the buffet ,what is needed what is missing etc...

The hotel had a great location with amazing views and was a spacious room with a comfortable bed. The personnel were reactive to our requests and we enjoyed room service. We also appreciated the complementary facts offered during our stay.

The air conditioner was too noisy outside the window and leaked water, and taking a shower caused water to leak from the bathtub onto the bathroom floor. the TV channels had limited options and poor signal.
